The new evaluation board of the RadNano is now available from 27G, intended to be used for design evaluation purposes. The RadNano-EB (Evaluation Board) is a complete evaluation setup that contains a RadNano-EM (Engineering Model) with additional circuitry and connectors to ease the work of developers. The RadNano Evaluation Board also serves as an add-on board (also known as a pHAT or bonnet) that adds the capabilities of the RadNano to your other Dev Boards or Raspberry Pi projects. (It includes an EEPROM for compatibility with Raspberry Pi boards.)
The key features of the RadNano evaluation board:
* RadNano-EM unit with full functionality
* Small and compact size
* Direct access to the pins of RadNano by standard 2.54 mm pin headers
* Gold-plated test point surfaces for oscilloscopes or test probes
* Standard UART 9600 8-N-1 to maintain high compatibility
* Indicator LEDs to give feedback about power, output signals and communication line activity
* Test points to check the currents of the boards
* Quick jumpers to select between various setups
* ESD protection diodes.
